Chris Ulrich
President and CEO
Mr. Ulrich has over fifteen (15) years of experience in this industry, in varying capacities. He has worked in each department of RSI, beginning with collections. Over time, he assumed the duties of client satisfaction and sales. As President and CEO, he oversees the entire operation, including Information Technology, Sales and Operations. Each department head reports directly to him and, with Mr. Ulrich’s direction and oversight, each assist him in strategic and financial planning. He held the position of President of the Phoenix Boys and Girls Clubs and is a participant in many other civil and charitable organizations.
Lynne Wisehart
Executive Vice President and COO
Ms. Wisehart has been in the financial, receivables and healthcare industries for over 18 years. She joined RSI Enterprises, Inc. in 1994, and as the Chief Operating Officer, she directs business operations and related services including internal and external customer relationships, financial performance analysis, business development efforts, special-project management and advancing technology to improve efficiencies. RSI’s receivables practices in Arizona and Virginia are under her supervision. Ms. Wisehart provides leadership and support to all employees in these regions. She is also responsible for RSI’s overall client relationships, ensuring RSI meets its clients’ performance and response expectations. She is actively involved in various organizations such as Arizona and Virginia HFMA, AAHAM and ACA International.
Tim Kasovac
Corporate Controller
Mr. Kasovac has been with RSI since May of 2005. He oversees RSI’s accounting and finance functions along with some Human Resource responsibilities. He is also responsible for maintaining RSI’s business and/ or service licenses in all states, counties, and/ or cities. Tim brings a diverse background to RSI. His years of experience in manufacturing and distribution add a unique perspective to RSI’s executive team. His dedication to learn and work with operations has led to increased company and client communications. This allows RSI to be more proactive and flexible for our clients. He is involved in his church, enjoys coaching his boys in their sports and spending time with his family and friends.
