SUITE OF PRIMARY SERVICES

ACCOUNT ‘CURING’ / CUSTOMER SERVICE COLLECTIONS

As an extended business office (EBO) partner, RSI can assist consumers in ‘curing’ various account types, by bringing them current on payments; thus, allowing the consumer to reinstate ceased services (if applicable) as well as bring their account current. This includes, but is not limited to, the following account types: loans, negative/deficiency account balances (checking, savings, money market) and/or credit cards. This service is tailored toward the bank or Credit Union service policies.

3RD PARTY / BAD DEBT COLLECTIONS

RSI processes accounts and pursues collection activity under State and Federal regulation guidelines. This involves sending notices, making phone calls and pursuing litigation, if authorized by the client.

LEGAL SERVICES

Upon receipt of accounts, RSI will process the accounts according to the described collection processes. Once all efforts have been exhausted or the guarantor refuses to cooperate, there is no documented payment history and the guarantor demonstrates the necessary financial means of paying, the account is then recommended for legal pursuit. In order to maximize efforts in a most cost-efficient manner, RSI attempts all other means of resolving the balance prior to recommending legal action. RSI’s current process dictates that it receives written approval from each client prior to sending any accounts to an attorney for legal processing.

DIALER SERVICES & INBOUND / OUTBOUND CALL MANAGEMENT

RSI can assist with your collections or informational campaigns by utilizing RSI’s auto-dialer for mass messaging. This product can leave up to 300 messages per minute. RSI can develop unique messaging scripts that fit your company needs and send out anything from payment reminders to company updates. Scope of dialer services is dependent upon the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) compliance requirements.
